Deacon Victor Steven Clayton is the son of Raymond and Lillian (Beals) Clayton and was born and raised in the community of East Preston, Nova Scotia. He was educated in the East Preston, Cole Harbour and Halifax School Districts.
Victor served 24 plus years in the Canadian Armed Forces. Subseqyent to this, he returned to the Family Business, working for Bill Clayton Stonewalla, where he is presently employed. Hes is married to Rosemary (Saunders) Clayton and to this union, they have seven children. Since giving his life to the Lord, Victor remained very active in church. Heserved as the Pastor's Armour Bearer, Vice-Chairperson of STBC Brotherhood, Sunday School Teacher, Candidate Counsellor and a Volunteer at the North Preston Community Centre (NPCC)
Victor Clayton was ordained as a Deacon of STBC on July 16, 2006. Deacon Victor loves the Lord and his desire is to serve God, his church and Community in any capacity he can.
He lives by this particular passage of Scripture;
"Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you" - Psalm 37:5
